Net fund raising proceeds from a TSS event are apportioned 80% to the school, 20% to TSS. The various expenses we incur in administration, pre event assembly, athlete ambassadors, travel, printing, incentive rewards, postage and photographic costs are substantial.

We charge the expenses levy of £2.50 per pupil to take part.

A typical school, raising £1,600.00 from 234 children, would benefit as follows:

  • Gross Sponsorship Fundraising Proceeds
  • Number of pupils taking part levy charge
  • Net Proceeds
  • School's 80% share
  • Team Superschools' 20% including levy share

TSS has found this to be a fair and mutually acceptable formula for rewarding schools committed to raising funds for their schools and ensuring the future of TSS can operate and continue to inspire children.

Please note: You can spend Sport & PE Premium funding to subsidise a TSS visit to enhance the provision for sport and PE at your school.

In the event that funds raised do not cover the levy charges the school will be required to meet the additional difference.
