How It Works

An introductory assembly should take place 1 to 3 weeks before the event.

Pupils will be informed of their Olympic, Paralympic or International sports guest; will be shown some simple fitness exercises, illustrated on this page, suitable for their ages and ability, which they will be invited to perform on the event day; and with the consent from parents/guardians, pupils will be asked to collect sponsorship money from family and friends.

TSS will supply all sponsor forms and other information to ensure the smooth running of the event in the forthcoming weeks, with very little work required by the busy teacher.

On the event morning or afternoon pupils will be photographed individually with their guest and take part in an elementary fitness circuit. The exercises will vary according to the age and ability of the pupils.

Cancellation policy:
Due to the amount of organisation and number of people involved in each TSS event, all cancellations must be made in writing to the event organiser giving at least four weeks notice. If less than four weeks notice is received, a £50 cancellation fee will be charged for unrecoverable fees that would be consequently incurred to TSS.

"Fantastic day. Super communication, super resources to organise the whole event. Friendly staff, Olympian was fantastic with all the children and it was a highlight of the year."
Somerford Primary, Christchurch, Hants.
