A European U23 Champion at the age of just 19, Jack narrowly missed out on a place in the final of the 400m hurdles at the London Olympics. An even tighter finish robbed him of a medal in the 4x400m relay as Great Britain finished just 0.12 off third place. After a spell out of the sport, Jack is back in the thick of things and, at only 23, has a bright career ahead of him.
