- Most memorable sporting moment: Representing England at 400m Hurdles.
- Most inspiring teacher at school: Mr Johnson, PE teacher. Started me hurdling over the back of school chairs on astroturf football pitch. Probably couldn't do that with health and safety guidelines these days!
- Favourite sport to watch: Athletics, cycling.
- Favourite sport to take part in: Cycling.
- Best advice given: Nothing lasts forever.
- Tell me something unusual about yourself: In 2013 I cycled the highest mountain on the Tour de France route. Col de Pailheres – altitude 2001 metres.
